Pumpkin Scones

Pumpkin Scones is made with pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and pumpkin puree, pecans,

Instructions:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

• 2/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1/3 tsp. Ground Ginger

• 1/3 tsp. Nutmeg

• 1/3 tsp. Allspice

• 1 can Pumpkin Puree

• 2 cups Chopped Pecans

• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a round baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice, beat well until combined.
  3. Add in butter, pumpkin puree and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the pecans, well mixed.
  4. Pour the batter into greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
