
Instructions:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
• 2/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1/3 tsp. Ground Ginger
• 1/3 tsp. Nutmeg
• 1/3 tsp. Allspice
• 1 can Pumpkin Puree
• 2 cups Chopped Pecans
• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a round baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice, beat well until combined.
- Add in butter, pumpkin puree and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the pecans, well mixed.
- Pour the batter into greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
