
Ingredients:
Beef Mince Filling
• 1 lb. Beef Mince
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 2 Carrots, chopped
• 1 tbsp. Flour
• 2 cups Beef Stock
• 2 tbsp. Tomato Puree
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Topping:
• 6 Potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 tsp. Butter
• 2/4 cup Milk
• Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a skillet over med high heat add in oil and then add in beef mince and cook until browned.
- Add in onions and carrots cook until tender. Add in the flour and season with salt and black pepper.
- Pour in the beef stock and tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, simmer until bubbly hot.
- In a pot of boiling salty water pot cook the potatoes are done and drained.
- Add the cooked potatoes in the same pot and add in butter, milk, mashed potatoes until creamy.
- In a greased baking dish spoon out evenly in the bottom of the dish and top with mashed potatoes out evenly.
- Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown on top and filling is bubbly hot. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
