Cilantro Lime Black Bean Rice

Cilantro Lime Black Bean Rice is so easy to make with white rice, black beans and cilantro lime.


Ingredients:

• 2 cups White Rice

• 1 large can Black Beans, rinsed and drained

• 2 Clove Garlic, minced

• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice from one lime

• 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped

• 2 cups Chicken Broth

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste.

• 1/2 stick of Buttern

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot over med high heat add in the rice and chicken broth, salt, and garlic, bring to a boil and cook until rice is tender.
  2. Remove from heat and add lime juice, black beans, cilantro to cooked rice. Season with salt and black pepper, stir well mixed.
  3. Serve warm.
