
Ingredients:
• 2 cups White Rice
• 1 large can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 Clove Garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice from one lime
• 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
• 2 cups Chicken Broth
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
• 1/2 stick of Buttern
Instructions:
- In a large pot over med high heat add in the rice and chicken broth, salt, and garlic, bring to a boil and cook until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat and add lime juice, black beans, cilantro to cooked rice. Season with salt and black pepper, stir well mixed.
- Serve warm.
