
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 can Pumpkin Puree
• 1 tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Puree
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, butter, eggs, best well until combined. Add in the pumpkin puree and eggs beat well until mixed.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins liners and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
