
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice from one orange
• 2 tsp. Orange Zest from one orange
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/4 cup Buttermilk
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and orange zest, orange juice, buttermilk, butter, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased bundt cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.
