Orange Bundt Cake

Orange Bundt Cake is moist with fresh oranges.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice from one orange

• 2 tsp. Orange Zest from one orange

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 1/4 cup Buttermilk

• 1 cup Unsalted Butter

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a  bundt cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and orange zest, orange juice, buttermilk, butter, eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into greased bundt cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.
