
Ingredients:
• 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
• 2 cups Flour
• 1/3 cup Garlic Powder
• 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
4 Lemon Slices
• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon.
• 1/3 Fresh Lemon Zest from one lemon
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 2 tbsp. Butter
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper and then dredge chicken breast into the flour.
- Heat a skillet over med high with oil and butter. Then place the chicken breast to cook until done and golden brown. Place on a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet add in the chicken broth, lemon juice and lemon zest and butter and let it simmer until bubbly hot.
- Add the chicken breast back to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle parsley and add lemon slices. Serve warm.
