Lemon Chicken Breast

Lemon Chicken Breast is juicy and have buttery lemon sauce.

Ingredients:

• 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

• 2 cups Flour

• 1/3 cup Garlic Powder

• 1/2 cup Chicken Broth

4 Lemon Slices

• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon.

• 1/3 Fresh Lemon Zest from one lemon

• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 2 tbsp. Butter

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper and then dredge chicken breast into the flour.
  2. Heat a skillet over med high with oil and butter. Then place the chicken breast to cook until done and golden brown. Place on a plate and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet add in the chicken broth, lemon juice and lemon zest and butter and let it simmer until bubbly hot.
  4. Add the chicken breast back to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle parsley and add lemon slices. Serve warm.
