
Ingredients:
Filling
• 2 lbs. Fresh Strawberries, hulled and halved
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
• 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Crisp Topping
• 2/4 cup Flour
• 2/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 2/4 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 cup Cold Butter, cut into cubes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a square baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl add in strawberries and sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and cornstarch, stir well until combined.
- Pour in the greased baking dish.
- In bowl add flour, brown sugar and oats, cinnamon, salt, use a pastry brush to cut up butter and oats until crumby.
- Then crumble topping over top of strawberries filling and spreading out evenly.
- Bake for 35 minutes until topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly hot. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
