
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 3/4 cup Cornmeal
• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/3 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, cornmeal, sugar and oil, milk, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips well mixed.
- Pour the batter into greased cast iron skillet and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
