
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Cornmeal
• 2/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 package Frozen Broccoli, thawed
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 1 package Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 3/4 cup Sour Cream
• 1/2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cast iron skillet with oil.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in cornmeal, flour, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, best well until combined. Stir in the broccoli and onions, cheese mixed well until combined.
- Pour in batter into greased cast iron skillet and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown.
