S’mores Cookies

S’mores Cookies are soft and gooey stuffed with chocolate chips, marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 3 tbsp. Brown Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 Egg

• 2/4 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

• 4 Large Marshmallows, cut into halved

• 4 Graham Cracker Sheets, divided

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, vanilla extract, butter, egg, beat well until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and add in the marshmallows and graham crackers, stir well until combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
