Mud Pie

Mud Pie is made with chocolate pudding in a chocolate pie crust top with whip topping and garnish with chocolate.

Ingredients:

Chocolate Pie Crust:

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1 stick Unsalted Butter, cubed

• 4 tbsp. Cold Water

Other Ingredients:

• 1 box of Instant Chocolate Pudding

• 2/4 cup Milk

• 1 container Cool Whip

• Grated Chocolate Bar for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl add in the chocolate pudding and milk, stir well until smooth. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.

Chocolate Crust:

  1. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and salt, beat well until combined.
  2. Now place in a food processor with a double blade and add to butter cubed, pulse several times until butter is pea size.
  3. Now slowly add in the cold water and when the dough start pull together turn off the food processor.
  4. Transfer the pie dough to pie pan and shape in a pie crust.
  5. Take chocolate pudding out of the fridge and spoonful chocolate pudding into the chocolate pie crust and top with cool whip, grated chocolate.
  6. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
