
Ingredients:
Chocolate Pie Crust:
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 stick Unsalted Butter, cubed
• 4 tbsp. Cold Water
Other Ingredients:
• 1 box of Instant Chocolate Pudding
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 1 container Cool Whip
• Grated Chocolate Bar for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl add in the chocolate pudding and milk, stir well until smooth. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Chocolate Crust:
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and salt, beat well until combined.
- Now place in a food processor with a double blade and add to butter cubed, pulse several times until butter is pea size.
- Now slowly add in the cold water and when the dough start pull together turn off the food processor.
- Transfer the pie dough to pie pan and shape in a pie crust.
- Take chocolate pudding out of the fridge and spoonful chocolate pudding into the chocolate pie crust and top with cool whip, grated chocolate.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
