
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 2/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
• 2/3 cup Chocolate Chips
• 2/3 cup Chopped Walnuts
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, butter, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts, mix well until combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
