Chocolate Chip Scones

Chocolate Chip Scones is soft and filled with melty chocolate.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2/4 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, cut into pieces

• 2/4 cup Milk

• 1 Egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, vanilla extract and butter, milk, eggs, best well until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips well mixed.
  3. On a flour surface place the dough into it and start knead a few times then form into a ball.
  4. Press the dough into circle into a circle and cut out 8 wedges.
  5. Place the dough onto baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
