Garlic Butter Shrimp

Garlic Butter Shrimp is so easy to cook under 30 minutes with lemon garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Large Shrimp, peeled and deviened, pat dry with paper towels

• 4 Cloves of Garlic, minced

• 1 Shallot, minced

• Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon

• Fresh Lemon Zest from one lemon

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

• 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

• 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley

• 1/2 cup Chicken Stock

• 2 tbsp. Butter

Instructions:

1.In a bowl add in cayenne pepper and salt, black pepper, add in the shrimp and coat well.

2. In a skillet over med high heat add in butter until melted and add in shallots let cook for 2 minutes until soften.

3 Add layer of shrimp in the skillet and cook for 1 minute, between cooking time turn shrimp over to cook on the other sides.

4.Add in the chicken stock and garlic, cook until shrimp is pink in the middle about 2 minutes.

5. Remove the skillet from heat and add in more butter. Add in the lemon zest and squeeze fresh lemon juice over top of the shrimp. Sprinkle parsley and stir well. Serve with hot cooked white rice.
