French Toast Casserole

French Toast Casserole is perfect to serve in the morning plus you can make it night before and put the casserole in the fridge and next day you can bake that morning.

Ingredients:

• 1 Sourdough Bread , cut into cubes

• 2/4 cup  Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

• 2 cups Milk

• 4 Eggs, slightly beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Scatter the bread cubes bottom of the greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl add in heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract and sugar, eggs mix well until combined.
  4. Pour it over the bread cubes and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Serve warm.
