
Instructions:
Bread:
• 6 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 3 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 2 Packets Fleischman RapidRise Yeast
• 1 cup Water
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
Filling:
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and greased baking loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer with dough attachment add in the flour, sugar, mixture and yeast, water, vanilla extract, milk, butter, beat well until dough is form.
- Roll the bread dough onto a flour surface with rolling and add in cinnamon sugar filling and form the dough into a loaf.
- Place the bread loaf dough into a greased baking loaf pan and cover with clean kitchen towel until rise about 45 minutes.
- Bake for 30 minutes until light golden brown and remove from baking loaf pan, place on wire rack. Slice and serve.
