
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Green Apples, peeled and cored, shredded
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 3/4 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a round cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, milk, butter, eggs beat well until combined. Stir in apples and chocolate chips well mixed.
- Pour the batter into greased round cake pan and bake for 35 minutes. Let cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
