
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1 2/4 cup Enchilada Sauce Plus more for the top of tortillas
• 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
• 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Plus extra to sprinkle over top
• Flour Tortillas
Instructions:
- In a skillet over med high cook the beef and onions.
- Pour in the enchilada sauce and cheese, stir well until heat through.
- Lay the tortillas out on flat surface and spoon the beef mixture into each one. Roll each tortilla to a tightly wrap.
- Place beef tortillas in a baking pan and spoon more enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with extra cheese.
- Bake at 360 degrees for about 35 minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly hot. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
