
Ingredients:
• 1 Avocado peeled and pitted
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp. Espresso Powder
• 1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1/4 Pure Maple Syrup
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 Eggs
Ingredients:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and espresso powder, syrup and vanilla extract, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the avocado and chocolate chips well mixed.
- Pour in the batter into greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let brownies cool for 15 minutes before serving.
