
Ingredients:
• 5 lbs. Potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 4 strips of cooked Bacon chopped
• 1 container Cream Cheese
• 1 container Sour Cream
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 3 tbsp. Butter softened
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 package Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a pot of boiling water cook the potatoes until tender and drained. Place in a bowl and mashed the potatoes until smooth.
- Add in the salt, black pepper and garlic powder, milk, cream cheese and sour cream, butter and bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, mix well until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 24 minutes until bubbly hot.
- Let the casserole cook for 5 minutes before serving.
