Loaded Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Loaded Twice Baked Potato Casserole is filled with potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and bacon, cheese.

Ingredients:

• 5 lbs. Potatoes, peeled and cubed

• 4 strips of cooked Bacon chopped

• 1 container Cream Cheese

• 1 container Sour Cream

• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 3 tbsp. Butter softened

• 1 cup Milk

• 1 package Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a pot of boiling water cook the potatoes until tender and drained. Place in a bowl and mashed the potatoes until smooth.
  3. Add in the salt, black pepper and garlic powder, milk, cream cheese and sour cream, butter and bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, mix well until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 24 minutes until bubbly hot.
  5. Let the casserole cook for 5 minutes before serving.
