Confetti Cookies

Confetti Cookies is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 tbsp. Light Corn Syrup

• 4 tbsp.Unsalted Butter, melted

• 1 Egg

• 2/4 cup Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, corn syrup and vanilla extract, melted butter and egg, beat well until combined to dough form. Sprinkle in the rainbow sprinkles and stir well until combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto the greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes until light golden brown and let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
