
Ingredients:
Marinated
• 1 lb. Beef Steak
• 4 tbsp. Orange Juice
• 2 tbsp. Lime Juice
• 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
• 1/3 tsp. Cumin Powder
• 1/3 tsp .Cumin Powder
• 1/3 tsp. Onion Powder
• 1 tsp. Chipotle Powder
• Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Fajitas
• 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• 1 Green Pepper, sliced
• 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
• 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
• 1 Onion, sliced
• Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a plastic ziplock bag add in beef steak and marinated ingredients. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Remove the beef stew and pat it dry with paper towels. Discard marinade sauce.
- Drizzle oil over the beef steak and heat a skillet over med high cook the beef steak until done. Remove and place on a paper lined plate.
- Thinly sliced the beef steak and place back into the skillet with oil and add the bell peppers, onions, season with salt, black pepper. Let it cook until charred
- Serve with tortillas.
