Beef Steak Fajitas

Beef Steak Fajitas are make with beef steak and bell peppers, onions.

Ingredients:

Marinated

• 1 lb. Beef Steak

• 4 tbsp. Orange Juice

• 2 tbsp. Lime Juice

• 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced

• 1/3 tsp. Cumin Powder

• 1/3 tsp .Cumin Powder

• 1/3 tsp. Onion Powder

• 1 tsp. Chipotle Powder

• Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Fajitas

• 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

• 1 Green Pepper, sliced

• 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced

• 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced

• 1 Onion, sliced

• Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a plastic ziplock bag add in beef steak and marinated ingredients. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  2. Remove the beef stew and pat it dry with paper towels. Discard marinade sauce.
  3. Drizzle oil over the beef steak and heat a skillet over med high cook the beef steak until done. Remove and place on a paper lined plate.
  4. Thinly sliced the beef steak and place back into the skillet with oil and add the bell peppers, onions, season with salt, black pepper. Let it cook until charred
  5. Serve with tortillas.
