
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Green Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
• 2 cup Self-Rising Flour
• 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 Egg, slightly beaten
• 1/2 cup Melted Unsalted Butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with muffin liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, cinnamon vanilla extract and melted butter, milk, egg, beat well until combined. Stir in the green apples until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the muffin liners tins and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown.
