Vanilla Sheet Cake

This vanilla sheet cake is moist and flavored with vanilla flavored and have vanilla frosting on top with candy sprinkles.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 1 cup Milk

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened

• 2 Eggs

• Store Brought White Vanilla Frosting

• Candy Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract, oil, butter and eggs, beat well until combined and smooth.
  3. Pour in the greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool for 10 minutes before frosting.
  4. Spread the frosting evenly on the sheet cake and sprinkles with candy sprinkles.
