
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Shrimp, peeled, deveined
• 1 lb. Spaghetti
• 1 cup Broccoli Florets
• 2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Zest from one lemon
• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter softened
• 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
• Season with Salt and Black Pepper
• 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
Instructions:
- In a pot of salty boiling water cook the pasta until al dente.
- In a skillet over med high saute the broccoli until done. Set aside.
- In the same skillet over med high heat add in the butter and olive oil , cook until butter is melted. Then add in the minced garlic and saute for 1 minute.
- Add in the shrimp, salt, black pepper and saute turns pink about 2 minutes.
- Add in the broccoli and stir, cook until heated through about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Spoon the cooked spaghetti on a plate and pour the garlic shrimp with broccoli over top.
