Vanilla Cupcakes

Vanilla cupcakes are moist and flavored with vanilla flavor with vanilla buttercream frosting.


Ingredients:

Cupcakes:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 1 cup Buttermilk

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 2 Eggs

Frosting:

• 2 cups Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 2 cups Heavy Cream at room temperature

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

Cupcakes:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, oil, vanilla extract and buttermilk, eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into muffin tins liners and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes before frosting.
  4. Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add butter, sugar and vanilla extract, salt, heavy cream, best well until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Use a piping bag to pipe frosting on each cupcake. Serve.
