Spinach Egg Quiche

This recipe is made with spinach and egg in pie crust is so easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 1 Store Brought Pie Crust

Filling:

• 4 Eggs, slightly beaten

• 2 cups Baby Spinach

• 1 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 2 Clove Garlic

• 2 Diced Onion

• Salt and Black to taste

• 1 tbsp. Salted Butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a pie pan with cooking spray. Place the pie crust inside the pie pan.
  2. In a skillet over med high heat add butter and garlic, onion cook until tender. Stir in baby spinach and mix well until wilted.
  3. Add in the beaten eggs, cheese, salt and black pepper, stir well.
  4. Pour the filling into pie crust and bake for 45 minutes.
