
Ingredients:
• 1 Store Brought Pie Crust
Filling:
• 4 Eggs, slightly beaten
• 2 cups Baby Spinach
• 1 1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 2 Clove Garlic
• 2 Diced Onion
• Salt and Black to taste
• 1 tbsp. Salted Butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a pie pan with cooking spray. Place the pie crust inside the pie pan.
- In a skillet over med high heat add butter and garlic, onion cook until tender. Stir in baby spinach and mix well until wilted.
- Add in the beaten eggs, cheese, salt and black pepper, stir well.
- Pour the filling into pie crust and bake for 45 minutes.
