Snickerdoodles Cookies

Snickerdoodles Cookies are soft in the inside and coated with cinnamon sugar.

Instructions

Cookies

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tsp. Cream of tartar

• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 Egg

• 1 Egg Yolk

Coating Topping

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add flour, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract, cream of tartar, butter, egg, egg yolk, best well until combined.
  3. In a bowl add sugar and cinnamon, stir well.
  4. Take cookie dough and form it a ball, coat it in cinnamon sugar place on the greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown and let cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
