
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deviened, tails removed
• 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
• 1/3 cup Cotiga Cheese
• Soft Taco Shells
Spice Mix
• 1 tsp. Chill Powder
• 1 tsp. Cumin
• 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1/3 cup Cayenne Pepper
• 1 tsp. Sea Salt
• 4 Soft Taco Shells
Lime Sauce
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 cup Water
• 2 cups Fresh Lime Juice from 2 Limes
• 1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions
• 1/2 cup Cilantro Leaves
• 1 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat a skillet over med high heat and in a bowl add in spice mix, add in the shrimp to coat well.
- Cook the shrimp in the hot oil skillet until cook through about 8 minutes.
- In a food processor add lime sauce pulse until combined to smooth. Add in the cabbage and toss it in the sauce
- Layer soft taco shell on plate add in the shrimp, cheese and top with cole slaw. Serve warm.
