
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Chicken Legs
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Homemade BBQ Sauce
• 1 cup Ketchup
• 1 tbsp. Mustard
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Molasses
• 1 tsp. Chili Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
Instructions:
- In a med saucepan over med high heat add in BBQ sauce ingredients and stir until thickened and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Preheat 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place chicken legs in the greased baking pan and now brush BBQ sauce over the chicken legs coated each sides.
- Bake for 45 minutes until done.
