
Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 2 cups Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Sweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1 1/4 cup Chocolate Milk
• 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 3 Eggs
Chocolate Ganache
• 2 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease three round cake pans with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate milk, oil, eggs, best well until combined.
- Pour the batter into three round cake pans and bake for 35 minutes until done. Let cakes cool for 10 minutes.
Chocolate Ganache
- In a microwave safe bowl add in chocolate chips and heavy cream, microwave for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally between cooking time until chocolate chips are melted.
- Take it out of microwave to cool for 5 minutes.
Assemble
- Place one layer of cake on a cake plate, frost it and lay the second cake layer on top, frost it and then take third cake layer frost it on top and around the cake.
