
Ingredients:
• 1 2/4 cups Chopped Pecans
• 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
• 1 cup White Sugar
• 1/2 cup Salted Butter, melted
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 Store Brought Pie Crust
Instructions:
- In the bottom of crockpot place slow cooker line and press down on the bottom.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer, add in corn syrup, sugar, vanilla extract and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the pecans.
- Place the pie crust into the bottom of crockpot and pour in the pecan filling.
- Cook on high for 3 hours and turn off crockpot let pie cool completely.
