Crockpot Pecan Pie

This peach pie is so easy to make right in crockpot.

Ingredients:

• 1 2/4 cups Chopped Pecans

• 1 cup Light Corn Syrup

• 1 cup White Sugar

• 1/2 cup Salted Butter, melted

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 Eggs, slightly beaten

• 1 Store Brought Pie Crust

Instructions:

  1. In the bottom of crockpot place slow cooker line and press down on the bottom.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer, add in corn syrup, sugar, vanilla extract and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the pecans.
  3. Place the pie crust into the bottom of crockpot and pour in the pecan filling.
  4. Cook on high for 3 hours and turn off crockpot let pie cool completely.
