Crockpot Jambalaya

This jambalaya have shrimp, sausage chicken, and rice, bell pepper, onion and tomatoes, few other ingredients that’s cooked right in the crockpot for quick, easy meal.

Instructions:

• 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into pieces

• 1 lb. Smoked Sausage sliced in 1/4 inches

• 1 lb. Large Shrimp

• 1 cup White Rice

• 2 Clove Garlic diced

• 1 Onion, diced

• 1 Green Bell Pepper diced

• 1 can Diced Tomatoes

• 2 tbsp. Creole Seasoning

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a crockpot add in the chicken and sausage, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and Creole seasoning , salt, black pepper, stir, turn the crockpot on high and cook for 3 hours.
  2. Add in the shrimp, stir, cook for 30 minutes.
  3. In boiling salty water pot over med high cook the rice until done, set aside.
  4. In a bowl add in cooked white rice and then pour jambalaya over top. Serve warm.
