Crockpot Beef Stew

This beef stew is made beef stew meat with veggies that’s cooked right in the crockpot.

Instructions:

• 2 lb. Beef Stew Meat

• 4 Potatoes, cubed

• 2 Carrots, peeled and sliced

• 2 cups Diced Onions

• 2 Tbsp. Flour

• 2 cups Water

• 1 package of Beef Stew Mix

• 1 cup Beef Stock

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In shallow plates, add in flour and beef stew meat coated the stew meat.
  2. In hot oil skillet over med high heat cook the beef stew meat until done and drained off grease on paper lined plate.
  3. In a crockpot add in the cooked beef stew meat and add in the potatoes, carrots and onions, beef stew seasoning mix, water, beef stock , season with salt, black pepper to taste.
  4. Cover with lid and cook for 4 hours and serve in bowls.
