
Instructions:
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1/2 Chopped Onion
• 3 tbsp. Minced Garlic
• 1 container of Beef Stock
• 1 large can Diced Tomatoes
• 1 cup Diced Carrots
• 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 cup Ketchup
• 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
• 2 cups Dry Macaroni
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot over med high heat cook ground beef and onions until done and tender.
- Add in the beef stock, tomatoes, with liquid and carrots, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and brown sugar, salt, black pepper, cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add in dry macaroni and cook for 10 minutes until tender and sauce is thickened.
- Serve hot in bowls.
