Broccoli Salad

This broccoli salad is filled with red onion, raisins, walnuts and bacon, shredded cheddar cheese with yogurt dressing on top.

Instructions:

Salad:

• 4 cups Broccoli Florets, cut into pieces

• 1/2 cup Diced Red Onions

• 1/3 cup Dried Raisins

• 1/2 cup Walnuts, finely chopped

• 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 6 Slices Cooked Bacon

Dressing:

• 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt

• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

• 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1 tbsp. White Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

• 1 Minced Clove Garlic

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl add in the salad ingredients and mix well.
  2. In a another bowl mix dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and place it in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
