
Ingredients:
• 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks pieces
• 1 Bell Peppers, Sliced
• 1 Red Onion, Sliced
• 1 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
• 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
• 1 cup Mushrooms
Marinated Sauce:
• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
• 1 tsp. Cumin
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the marinated sauce ingredients and add in the chicken pieces. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or tin foil. Place the bowl into fridge for 1 hour.
2. On skewers place chicken pieces, bell peppers and onions, tomatoes and mushrooms. Repeat this steps until all skewers are filled.
3 On a preheat grill place each skewers on the grill and let it cook until done.
4. Place skewers on a serving plate and serve warm.
