
Instructions:
Blueberry Scones:
• 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
• 4 tbsp. Butter, cut into pieces
• 1 Egg
Vanilla Glazed:
• 1 1/4 cup Confectioner’s Sugar
• 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract
• 2 tbsp. Milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl add in flour, sugar and vanilla extract, heavy cream and butter pieces, beat well until combined. Stir in fresh blueberries until well mixed.
- Roll the dough out onto flour cutting board and cut out the dough into 4 squares. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven to 25 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before glazing.
- In a bowl add glaze ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Drizzle each blueberry scones with vanilla glaze. Serve.
