Blueberry Scones

This blueberry scones are filled with fresh blueberries and vanilla glaze drizzle on top.

Instructions:

Blueberry Scones:

• 1 cup Fresh Blueberries

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Heavy Cream

• 4 tbsp. Butter, cut into pieces

• 1 Egg

Vanilla Glazed:

• 1 1/4 cup Confectioner’s Sugar

• 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract

• 2 tbsp. Milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl add in flour, sugar and vanilla extract, heavy cream and butter pieces, beat well until combined. Stir in fresh blueberries until well mixed.
  3. Roll the dough out onto flour cutting board and cut out the dough into 4 squares. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven to 25 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before glazing.
  5. In a bowl add glaze ingredients and mix well until combined.
  6. Drizzle each blueberry scones with vanilla glaze. Serve.
