
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
• 1 tsp. Almond Extract
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
Ingredients:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, lemon zest and almond extract, milk, egg, beat well until combined. Stir in the fresh blueberries
- Using a cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough into a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown.
