Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Cinnamon rolls pancakes is swirl of cinnamon and sugar with drizzle of cream cheese glaze.

Ingredients:

Pancake Batter:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Milk

• 1/2 cup Melted Unsalted Butter

• 2 Eggs

Cinnamon Swirl:

• 1/2 Stick of Butter

• 1 cup Brown Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Cinnamon

Glaze:

• 1 stick of Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 package Cream Cheese

• 1 cup Powdered Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, melted butter and vanilla extract, milk, eggs, best well until combined.
  2. In a bowl mix together butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until well mixed. Transfer it to a piping bag.
  3. In a hot greased skillet over med high heat cook the pancake batter into batches when the batter is bubbly up pipe the cinnamon sugar in swirl in pancake. Flip over pancakes cook until golden brown. Place on serving plate.
  4. Mix the glaze ingredients in a bowl until combined.
  5. Drizzle the glaze over pancakes and serve warm.
