
Chocolate Cupcakes:
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 4 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 2/4 tsp . Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
Chocolate Frosting:
• 12 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips melted
• 2 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 4 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 4 tbsp. Heavy Cream
Instructions:
Chocolate Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line each muffin pan tins with cupcakes liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer, add in the flour, sugar and cocoa powder, vanilla extract and vegetable oil, milk, egg, best well until combined and smooth.
- Pour the batter into each muffin tins liners and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes before frosting.
Frosting:
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in butter, cocoa powder and melted chocolate chips, sugar and heavy cream, beat well until combined and fluffy.
- Spoon frosting into piping bag and frost each chocolate cupcakes.
