
Ingredients:
• 1 package Fresh Baby Spinach, coarsely chopped
• 3 cups Vidalia Onions, chopped
• 2 tbsp. Fresh Chives, chopped
• 1 container of Sour Cream
• 2 tbsp. Salted Butter
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In a skillet over med high heat cook onions until tender, then add in spinach, stirring until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper. Take off the heat and place it in a bowl, let cool for 25 minutes.
- Add in sour cream, chives and cover, chill in the fridge about 30 minutes. This dip only last up 2 days.
