Cinnamon Apple Muffins

These cinnamon apple are moist and loaded with apples and cinnamon that’s delicious snack or breakfast.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1/3 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 1/2 cup Milk

• 2 Eggs

• 2 cups Fresh Apples, peeled, cored and diced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan tins with cooking spray and line each muffin tins with muffin liners.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add flour, sugar, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, oil, milk, eggs, best well until combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in diced apples and bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown. Let muffins cool for 10 minutes before serving.
