Churros Recipe

These Churros are so crispy with cinnamon sugar for a sweet snack or dessert.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp. Brown Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

• 1 quart of Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan over med high heat add in water, 1 cup Sugar and 2 tsp. oil, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  2. Add in the flour, stir until ball is firm.
  3. In a large pot over med high heat add 1 quart of oil let get hot to cook.
  4. Transfer the dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
  5. Now pipe the 5 inches strip of dough into hot oil large pot cook in batches until golden brown.
  6. Then transfer to paper lined plate to drained off grease.
  7. In a bowl mix sugar and cinnamon until combined.
  8. Place the Churros on serving plate and sprinkle the sugar cinnamon on each one.
