
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Almonds, roughly chopped
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Unsalted Butter plus 2 tbsp.
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract, butter, egg, beat well until combined and smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and almonds until well mixed.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough into greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
