Mini Lemon Loaf Bread

Mini Lemon Loaf Bread is moist and flavored with lemon that makes a delicious dessert.


Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Sour Cream

• 3 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon

• 3 tbsp. Milk

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a mini loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer, add in flour, sugar, vanilla extract and sour cream, lemon juice and milk, eggs, beat well until combined and smooth.
  3. Pour 1/2 batter into each greased mini tins and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
