
Ingredients:
• 1 2/4 cups Self-Rising Flour
• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one lemon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 tsp. Almond Extract
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
Instructions:
- In a bowl of stand up mixer, add in flour, sugar, vanilla extract and almond extract, butter and milk, egg, best well until combined.
- Stir in the fresh blueberries until well combined.
- Heat a pancake griddle or hot greased skillet over med high heat, pour the batter into greased skillet cook pancakes in batches until light golden brown.
