
Ingredients:
For The Chicken:
• 1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into bites pieces
• 1/3 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 3 tbsp. Cornstarch
• Black Pepper to taste
For the Vegetables:
• 1 package Frozen Stir Fry Veggies, thawed
• 1 Chopped Onion
• 1 Minced Cloves Garlic
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Minced Ginger
For The Sauce:
• 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
• 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
• 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
• 1/4 cup Water
• Cooked White Rice
Instructions:
Chicken:
- In a bowl, add in chicken pieces and add in the garlic powder and black pepper, cornstarch.
- Add in the sauce ingredients to the chicken, mix well until combined.
- In a hot oil skillet or wok, cook the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
- Take the chicken out of the skillet and place in serving bowl, set aside.
- In the same skillet, add in more oil and add in stir fry veggies, ginger, cook until veggies are tender.
- Now add in chicken and cornstarch, water and stir until sauce thickened.
- Serve over hot cooked white rice.
