Chicken Stir Fry with Rice

This chicken stir fry served over rice is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

For The Chicken:

• 1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into bites pieces

• 1/3 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 3 tbsp. Cornstarch

• Black Pepper to taste

For the Vegetables:

• 1 package Frozen Stir Fry Veggies, thawed

• 1 Chopped Onion

• 1 Minced Cloves Garlic

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Minced Ginger

For The Sauce:

• 1/2 cup Soy Sauce

• 2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce

• 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil

• 1 tbsp. Cornstarch

• 1/4 cup Water

• Cooked White Rice

Instructions:

Chicken:

  1. In a bowl, add in chicken pieces and add in the garlic powder and black pepper, cornstarch.
  2. Add in the sauce ingredients to the chicken, mix well until combined.
  3. In a hot oil skillet or wok, cook the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Take the chicken out of the skillet and place in serving bowl, set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add in more oil and add in stir fry veggies, ginger, cook until veggies are tender.
  6. Now add in chicken and cornstarch, water and stir until sauce thickened.
  7. Serve over hot cooked white rice.
