Roasted Potato Wedges

These Roasted Potato Wedges is crispy that have been baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

• 4 Large Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

• 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

• 2/4 Seasoned Salt

• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

• Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Lay the potato wedges on the greased baking sheet and drizzle olive oil on top and seasoning with seasoned salt, black pepper and salt.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes flipping on both sides of baking time until light golden brown. Serve warm.
