BBQ Roast Beef Sandwich

This BBQ Roast Beef Sandwich is delicious and the roast beef was cooked in a smoke cooker grill.

Ingredients:

Beef:

• 1 lb. Roast Beef

• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Homemade BBQ Sauce:

• 2 cups Ketchup

• 1/2 cup Honey

• 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Woresshire Sauce

• 2 tbsp. Yellow Mustard

Instructions:

Roast Beef:

  1. Place the roast beef on a plate and drizzle olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoning with salt, black pepper and rub on both sides with breadcrumbs.
  2. Place the roast beef in a smoker and let it cook for 4 hours until internal temperature is reached to 135°F (57°C).
  3. Take the cooked roasted beef out of the smoker and cover with tin foil and let it rest for 25 minutes.

Homemade BBQ Sauce:

  1. In a saucepan over med high heat, add in the ingredients and let it simmer until hot bubbly and thickened.
  2. Take it off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Assembly:

  1. Take the smoked roast beef out of tin foil and place on the cutting board. Slice it.
  2. Take hamburger buns and lay bottom bun on a plate place roast beef slices on it and then pour BBQ sauce over top. Place top bun to finish making the sandwich.
